Hey there :)

We are Michael (39y) and Anni (32y), an Italian/German couple, and we want to swap our beautiful flat in Zurich, Kreis 3, to an new cozy home in Hamburg :)

WHEN?
Anything from next year around April on!

The flat has a Bathroom, with a bathtub/shower.
2 Bedrooms
A kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher,
A big living room and a Balcony to the street.

Washing machine and tumbler in the cellar to share with 4 other flats ( which is working easily!)

The flat is an old building but, good isolated! It gets a lot of light during the day, specially the living room!

Our flat is located next to Albisriederplatz.
Supermarkets, Tram/Busstop, post, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants in walking distance!
With the bicycle you need 15min max to the lake/city center !
15min by bus to airport or central station.
Same for Utliberg, Limmat or some silent and nature!

We are living in Zurich over 8 years, so more then happy to help you out with information or whatever you need, if you are new to the city !

Anni grew up in Lüneburg and after living away from home for awhile we decided to move back to the north!
As we know finding a new flat is quite hard during this times (specially in big cities) and we really love our beautiful flat, which makes it quite hard to leave it behind, we thought a swap would be an amazing idea to find a new beautiful place for our new beginning.
