Our roommate Quentin (22) is unfortunately moving out and therfore we are looking for a new flatmate as of 16.3.2026.

About the room:

The size of the room is 22m2 and has an amazing view over zurich on the 9th floor. It's super bright and extremely spacious. The apartment is located at Europaallee, which is only a 5 minutes walk away from HB. So you'll have shops like migros, coop etc. within walking distance and they're also open on Sundays.

The rental price already includes utilities, insurance, internet, serafe and electricity.

The building was finished in 2019, so the apartment has all the modern amenities like floor heating, induction stove, steamer, washing machine and tumbler in the apartment and even a wine fridge. We have a logia overseeing Europallee and Uetliberg.

About us:
Your roommates would be Amélie (23) and Yves (25).
Amélie is from Vienna and works in finance in Zurich. In her free time she enjoys sewing and playing tennis. Yves works as a software engineer at Google. He likes spending time with friends and being outdoors, which is why he is often not at home on weekends. He also enjoys cooking occasionally, either for friends or for the WG, and likes having a balance between social time and quiet time for himself.
We are looking for a clean and responsible new addition to our WG. While everyone has their own life, we really enjoy sharing the occasional dinner together, so getting along well and having a friendly atmosphere is important to us.
