The room is *furnished* (except for a bedside table) and offers plenty of space to relax and study.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a modern bathroom with a nice shower cubicle, and a separate toilet.
You would share the apartment with a Master's student and an assessment student.
The location is excellent:
*Heiligkreuzstrasse* bus stop – only 6 minutes to the university
*Kolosseumstrasse* bus stop – approx. 10 minutes to the city centre
*Included*: monthly cleaning and all utilities
*Wanted*: HSG or OST student
