WG Zimmer in city centre Basel
There's an unfurnished room (17m2) available from 1st of November officially and we can arrange a sooner date to move in. The monthly price for the rent is 740 CHF excl. living expenses eg. electricity, gas etc.
We are Lena (24) and Alicia (28), both students/employed, and we are looking for someone to be the main tenant of our beautiful home.
The location of our apartment is 5 minutes away from Messeplatz by foot, very close to the city centre, to several supermarkets such as Coop and Denner, we also have a very good combination of public transport lines.
Our WG has 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, a drier, 2 balconies and a living room. A garden and cave is also accessible.
Please keep in mind the main tenant part as we will all be on the contract but we are missing our precious person to complete the dossier ;)
