As of now, three rooms in a shared apartment are available.
- A standard room without a balcony for CHF 800.- (incl. all utility fees) per month. If needed, the room can be furnished
- A large room without a balcony for CHF 950.- (incl. all utility fees) per month.
- A large room with a balcony for CHF 1050.- (incl. all utility fees) per month.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and has:
- A bathroom and a separate shower
- Washing machine in the apartment
- Spacious and well-equipped kitchen, including a dining space with a table and chairs; dishwasher, food center, microwave, cookware and kitchen utensils are also available
- Weekly cleaning of the general areas is included in the price
- 1Gb Wi-Fi in the whole apartment (incl. in the rent)

Minimal rent duration is 6 months.
