Wohnung: Ich vermiete meine schöne 1,5 Zimmer-Wohnung in Kleinbasel unter. Sie ist vollständig möbliert. Die Wohnfläche beträgt 43 m2 mit zusätzlich zwei grossen Balkonen von je knapp 8 m2. Ein Balkon ist bei der Küche, der andere beim Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung hat einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Sie befindet sich im 5. Stock mit Lift und ist die oberste Wohnung im Haus. Dadurch hat sie viel Sonnenlicht und ist sehr hell. Darüber befindet sich noch ein Dachboden, somit ist es keine Dachgeschosswohnung.

Eine Ecke des Schlafzimmers wurde etwas umgestellt. Das aktuelle Bild ist das mit dem Sofa neben der Monstera Pflanze.

Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich quasi direkt am Rhein in einer der dynamischsten Gegenden von Basel. Die nächsten Stationen sind die 30er Bus-Station Erasmusplatz (3 min) und die Tram-Station Bläsiring (2 min). 
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, da sie in einer wenig befahrenen Einbahnstrasse liegt und zur anderen Seite in einen schönen Hof blickt.
 
Mietzeitraum:
Es handelt sich um eine Zwischenmiete. Zu vermieten ist die Wohnung ab 31. Juli 2025 bis ca. 01. März 2026.

Miete: Diese beträgt 1050 CHF pro Monat.

Apartment: I'm subletting my beautiful 1.5-room apartment in Kleinbasel. The living space is 43 m2 plus additional two large balconies, each nearly 8m2 - one accessible from the kitchen and the other from the bedroom. The flat is completely furnished.
The apartment features a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a bath tub. Situated on the 5th floor, it is the top apartment of the building, offering plenty of sunlight and a bright, airy atmosphere. An elevator is available for convenience. Above the flat, there is an attic, so it is not an under-the-roof apartment.

A corner of the bedroom has been rearranged a bit. The current picture is the one with the sofa next to the Monstera plant.

Location: The flat is located just steps from the Rhine in one of the most vibrant areas of Basel. The nearest public transport options are Erasmusplatz bus stop (bus 30, 3 min walk) and Bläsiring tram station (2 min walk).
Despite its central location, the apartment remains quiet, as it is situated on a peaceful one-way street on one side and overlooks a beautiful courtyard on the other.

Rental Period: It's a temporary / intermediate rent. The apartment is available for rent from July 31st 2025 until approximately March 1st 2026.
