3.5 Zimmer, 60 m²

Hi,

I am renting out the big room in my flat from 15.07.2025 till 31.09.2025.

I want to move out of the flat by end of September, so the options are:
1. Rent the big room (fully furnished) for 2 months and a half and move out at the end of September, or
2. Rent the big room for 2 months and a half and take over the whole flat for the 1st of October. In that case, some furniture and appliances would be available to buy.

In any case, you will be sharing the flat with me, Nicolas. I am very rarely here (one night a week maybe), so you are essentially renting a fully furnished flat for only a 1600 CHF.

The flat is 5 minutes from Zurich Binz, or 12 minutes from HB, in a very quiet yet accessible location close to Sihlcity and Uetliberg.

The flat is fully renovated and fully furnished and the amenities include a dishwasher in the flat and washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement.

I am a 30 year old Swiss IT engineer from Geneva and speak fluent French, English and Italian. I live a healthy and active lifestyle but still love good food, wine and having fun and enjoy talking about entrepreneurship, technology, and geopolitics.
