Perfectly located to enjoy the Zurich summer: only 1 minute walk to Kreuzplatz and to its various supermarkets , bars and restaurants; 10 minutes walk to the Zurich lake; connected to Zurich HB via bus or tram or train in less than 15 minutes.

The apartment is fully furnished with all essential furniture and with everything needed to step in with no effort.

I will be travelling for 3 months and looking for a trusted sub-tenant (single or small family) to take over and care the apartment during summer for up to 3 months until the 15th of October.
