Hello! Our current flatmate is leaving us because he is moving in with his partner. Therefore we are searching for a new flatmate in our shared apartment in Hardbrücke. The room is spacious, part of a 130m2 shared flat, 4 min walk from the train station Hardbrücke. The apartment is big and bright close to all facilities (Coop, Migros, Lidl) and public transport (Tram 8, 4, bus 72, train etc), bars, restaurante.

You will share the apartment with us, Clémence & Tom! We are two young adults (29 and 26 yo) working in banking and the energy sector. We are French-Swiss and German and are looking for a calm and friendly person with a similar lifestyle. We are easygoing and are happy to share moments together but we also appreciate stillness and that everyone keeps the apartment clean. We are holding in-person visits next week and would be glad to meet you but please send us a message first with a short description of your personality and lifestyle (working habits/weekend occupations) + your age and job. Details:
CHF 1614 per month for the rent (WiFi and electricity not included)
The room is furnished (bed, bedtable, wardrobe).
The bathroom is shared only with Tom (male).
Move-in date is in August and arranged with the tenants.
The deposit for the apartment: CHF 4550.
The deposit for shared furniture CHF 1250.
Room furnitur to be bought from the leaving flatmate:
Both deposits and furniture depots you will get back when ending the rental agreement.
