Ich suche eine:n Untermieter:in für mein gemütliches, möbliertes Zimmer ( 15m²) in einer grosszügigen 5.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Thalwil. Das Zimmer ist mit einem 140er Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl ausgestattet – du kannst also direkt einziehen, ohne viel mitzubringen.
Das Zimmer ist befristet vom 1. August 2025 bis Ende Januar 2026, mit Option auf eine Verlängerung bis ca. Mitte Februar – ich gehe in dieser Zeit ins Auslandssemester.
Die Wohnung ist gross, hat drei Balkone, ein helles Wohnzimmer und genug Platz, um sich auch mal zurückzuziehen.
Du würdest mit meinen zwei unkomplizierten Mitbewohnerinnen (beide 29, HF Pflegefachfrau und Studentin) zusammenwohnen. Und wir haben auch einen WG-Kater namens Bauz, der sich über Gesellschaft freut.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, nur 5–7 Gehminuten vom See entfernt, perfekt für einen kurzen Abstecher ins Wasser. Der Bahnhof Thalwil ist in ca. 8–10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, mit super Verbindungen nach Zürich HB (ca. 10–15 Min.), Zug und Luzern. Auch Coop, Migros und andere Läden sind schnell erreichbar.
Die Waschküche teilen wir uns mit 5 weiteren Parteien, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

I'm looking for a subtenant for my cozy, fully furnished room (15?m²) in a spacious 5.5-room apartment in Thalwil. The room comes with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk, and office chair – so you can move in without needing much.
The rental period is limited from August 1, 2025, to the end of January 2026, with the option to extend until around mid-February, I'm going abroad for a semester during that time.
The apartment is large, has three balconies, a bright living room, and plenty of space to relax.
You'll be living with my two lovely and easygoing flatmates (both female and 29 years old, one a nurse and one a student). We also have a WG cat named Bauz, who enjoys company.
The apartment is in a quiet area, just a 5–7 minute walk from the lake – perfect for a quick swim or evening stroll. The Thalwil train station is about 8–10 minutes away on foot, with excellent connections to Zürich HB (10–15 min), Zug, and Lucerne. Coop, Migros, and other shops are also nearby.
The laundry room is shared with five other apartments and has both a washing machine and dryer.
