We are Raúl and Sandra, both 27 years old, and we're looking for a third person to share our cozy and peaceful home.

A bit about us:
We both have demanding full-time jobs, so we truly value a quiet, clean, and respectful environment when we're at home.
Sandra enjoys cooking (especially baking!), photography, and going for walks in the neighborhood. She's very social and loves to talk.
Raúl is more quiet, enjoys reading, walking, good food, and meaningful conversations.
We're both into languages, so we'd love to live with someone who speaks German or French to practice together from time to time.

Who we're looking for:
Ideally, you are around our age (around 27), have a stable full-time job, and are not a student.
We're looking for someone who is serious, respectful, non-smoking, and not into parties or any kind of substance use.
Of course, we'd love to organize a small celebration together on special occasions – but in general, we value peace and privacy.
We'd love to find someone who enjoys time alone, but is also happy to share a chat or a meal now and then.
