Wir befinden uns in Witikon 8053 Zürich, weit genug von der Stadt entfernt, um nah an der Natur zu sein und nah genug, um gute ÖV-Verbindungen zu haben! Es ist ein ruhiges Wohngebiet und nur wenige Minuten von einem wunderschönen Wald entfernt.

Verbindungen nach Zürich Stadelhofen: 15min

Die Wohnung besteht aus 3,5 Zimmern mit einem Hauptschlafzimmer, einem Gäste-/Arbeitszimmer und einem großen Wohnzimmer. Es gibt eine kleine Küche und ein Badezimmer und einen geräumigen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und keine Haustiere sind erlaubt.
Praktisch für ein Paar, ein polyamouröses 3er oder ein Paar und eine dritte Person... ;) Das Gästezimmer kann als Work-at-Home-Zimmer genutzt werden (so nutzen wir es). Bequeme Büro-Stühle sind da, genug Licht und eine Bibliothek drumherum.
Ideal für Vegetarier/Veganer, aber kein Muss.
Nicht enthalten:

* Der Computer
* Das Pony auf dem Bett

Inbegriffen:

* W-lan
* Kaffeezubehör (Espresso, French Press, Mokka, Türkisch)
* Gemeinsame Waschmaschine im Keller.

Die Daten sind für +/- einige Tage flexibel.
Optionen für einen längeren Aufenthalt (nach August) für eine dritte Person können besprochen werden.

We are subletting our apartment in Zurich from **the 1st of August 2025 till the 1st of August 2026.**
We're located in Witikon 8053 Zurich, far enough from the city to be near nature and close enough to have good OT connections! It is a quiet living area & only minutes away from a wonderful forest.

* Connections to Zürich, HB: 20min direct bus
* Connections to Zürich Stadelhofen: 15min Night bus included

Coop & Migros in walking distance.
The apartment is 3.5 rooms with a master bedroom, a guest bedroom/working room, and a big living room. There is a small kitchen and bathroom and a roomy balcony with seating. It's a NON-smoking apartment, and no pets are allowed.
Practical for either a couple, a polyamorous couple of 3, or a couple and a third person... ;) The guest room can be used as a work-from-home room (which is how we use it). Comfortable chairs are there, enough light and a library around.
Ideally for vegetarian/vegan people, but not a must.

* The Pony on the bed

* Wifi
* Coffee Equipment (Espresso, French press, Mokka, Turkish)
* Common Building Washing Machine.

Dates are flexible for +/- a few days.
Options of staying longer (after august) for a third person can be discussed.

Important Note: We have a family guest that needs the small room in the apartment during November of this year. We will need the small room available during that time, and the total rent will be reduced to CHF 1,500.
