3.5 Zimmer, 75 m²

Hi there!
My husband and I are subletting our beautiful 3.5-room apartment in Zürich (Kreis 9, Albisrieden) during July and August.

Our actual rent costs over 2,600 per month, but we are willing to compromise on price in order to find someone who we feel we can trust. We’d want to do a video call to get to know each other a bit. You’d get to utilize all our furniture and amenities and little bonuses like our recycling subscription and swimming subscription :)

The dates we will be gone are July 21st to August 29th, but we are open to discussing shorter or longer dates as well as figuring out a price that is fair to everyone. Please get in touch if you think you’re a good match!

By the way, the apartment is right next to the bus number 80 line, which goes straight to ETH Hönggerberg :)
