Ich vermiete ein sehr grosses, helles Zimmer in meiner 3.5-Zimmer Attikawohnung (Maisonette). Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, grosszügig, zentral (Schmiede/Bahnhof Wiedkon). In der ersten Juliwoche wird die gesamte Wohnung neu und farbig gestrichen. Es gibt ein Bad (s. Fotos), ein separates WC, im oberen Stock sind Wohnzimmer und Küche als ein Raum. Ich suche einen Mitbewohner und/oder Untermieter.
Ich bin 55j., selbständig. Ich mag Kunst, Musik und gutes Essen. Ich suche jemanden, der sich die Wohnung mit mir teilt oder einfach nur das Zimmer mieten möchte. Die Wohnung wird wöchentlich professionell geputzt (nicht in der Miete enthalten). Glasfaserinternet ist vorhanden.
Parkplatz in Tiefgarage auf Wunsch vorhanden.

I am renting out a large, bright room in my 3.5-room penthouse apartment (maisonette). The apartment is very bright, spacious and centrally located (Schmiede/Wiedkon train station). The entire apartment will be repainted in new colours during the first week of July. There is a bathroom (see photos), a separate toilet, and the living room and kitchen are combined into one room on the upper floor. I am looking for a flatmate and/or subtenant.

I am 55 years old and self-employed. I like art, music and good food. I am looking for someone who would like to share the flat with me or simply rent the room. The flat is professionally cleaned weekly (not included in the rent). Fibre optic internet is available.
