I'm offering two bright spacious rooms in the apartment, in total 45 m2, each with a private bathroom and shared access to the kitchen. The layout feels almost like two separate apartments, thanks to the generous space and private bathrooms.The apartment is in total 4.5 rooms, 114 m2, of which 2 rooms I use.

About me: I work in IT (mostly from home), practice martial arts, and enjoy doing sufi meditation. Regulary, friends join for meditation sessions—creating a calm, positive atmosphere in the apartment.

I'd love to share the space with a kind woman. There are no strict expectations—whether we chat over meals or keep to ourselves is entirely up to what feels natural!
