Hi! My name is Giacomo, and I am subletting my room in Wallisellen for two months while I'm away on vacation, starting from 13/06/2024 to September (flexible). The apartment is located in a residential area in Wallisellen, just 7 minutes from the train station, with excellent connections to Zurich Oerlikon (3 minutes by train) and Zurich HB (9 minutes by train). There is also a Coop, Migros, and Denner within a 6-minute walk.

You will be sharing the apartment with two friendly flatmates: Lorenzo, 22, who studies at ETH, and Rui, 29, who is working. They are super nice, and the environment is comfortable, clean, and relaxed. I'm looking for someone to take care of my room — ideally a student or someone under 30 to match the age range of the flatmates. It's important that you are clean and respect others' privacy.

The room is 14m2 and fully furnished, featuring a beautiful standing desk, a comfortable chair, and a queen-size bed. The apartment is spacious and bright, with all amenities, including a dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are located in the basement.
