La sdb (douche et baignoire) est à partager si la chmabre à côté est louée sur airbnb.
Disponible les MERCREDI-JEUDI , la chambre est déjà louée lundi-mardi.
Idéalement un jeune professionnel ou un étudiant extrêmement soigneux avec un dossier sérieux. 670 CHF/mois pour 2 nuits par semaine. location minimum 1 mois. La maison est grande et nous (les enfants et moi) n'y habitons que les weekends et vacances.
3 min de la gare de Lutry bourg, parking juste en face gratuit 20h-7h et à 50 m du Lac.
Wifi, stockage pour vélo, meublée, TV, cuisine équipée.

We are renting a room with a double bed, closet, desk, and storage space in our beautiful family home in Lutry.
The bathroom (shower and bathtub) is shared when and if the bedroom next to it is rented via airbnb.
Available Wedneday-thursday, already rented monday-tuesday.
Ideally, a young professional or student with a solid track record and a meticulous approach. CHF 670/month for 2 nights per week. Minimum rental period: 1 month. The house is large, and we (the children and I) only live there on weekends and holidays.
3 minutes from Lutry Bourg train station, free parking directly across the street from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m., and 50 meters from the lake.
Wi-Fi, bike storage, furnished, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
