This is a JUWO shared flat, so to be eligible you must be between 16 and 28 years old, have an annual gross income of less than CHF 30,000, and be currently enrolled in an educational program such as studies, an apprenticeship, or an internship.

A bright and cozy 26 m2 room will be available soon in our shared student apartment right in the heart of Zurich. The room is on the 4th floor and has a sloped ceiling with exposed wooden beams, parquet flooring, and a big window facing Militarstrasse. There's also a built-in closet for storage. It will be handed over unfurnished, but there's the option to take over the bed for CHF 350 (bought less than a year ago).
You'll be sharing the floor with two other students, and there are two bathrooms for the three of you. The location is ideal: just 8 minutes on foot to Zurich HB, under 15 minutes by bike or public transport to ETH/UZH, and around 18 minutes to ZHdK (8 by bike).
We're a big wg of 17 people spread out over the whole building. Everyone's doing different things and we come from all over the world. Diversity is definitely one of our strengths. It's a super chill and spontaneous wg, where you can just be yourself. There's no pressure to join anything, but you're always welcome, whether it's dinner together, drinks on the terrace, movie nights, gardening, or going out for the night.
On the first floor, we've got a big shared kitchen and living room. And the best part: a huge rooftop terrace with tables, hammocks, sofas, and a veggie garden. From spring on, it becomes the real heart of the wg, people hanging out, eating together, and enjoying the sunshine. We also have a bike garage and a laundry room with washer and dryer in the basement.
We're looking for someone open minded, easygoing, and respectful, someone who's happy to live in a social space but also values personal space. No need to be super outgoing; just be yourself. If this sounds like your kind of home, we'd love to hear from you!
