Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne pour reprendre une chambre dans une coloc de trois à partir du 1er mai.
Vous partagerez l'appartement avec David, 32 ans, ophtalmologue et avec Michael, 26 ans, en PhD en physique à l'EPFL
La chambre (non meublée) fait partie d'un appartement de 4.5 pièces de 100m2, offrant des pièces spacieuses et un balcon. Situé en plein centre de Lausanne, rue Saint-Pierre, l'appartement se trouve à 150m de l'arrêt de métro Bessières, à proximité de bars, restaurants et commerces variés, et à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare.
Le loyer est de 975 CHF, comprenant l'acompte pour le chauffage. À cela s'ajoutent les charges habituelles (femme de ménage, électricité, eau chaude, internet, etc.), donc environ CHF 1100 par mois au total.
Si tu es intéressé(e), envoie-nous une courte présentation de toi en privé, tes passes temps et autres et on organisera une petite visite/rencontre !
(Il est à noter que pour la signature du contrat, une copie d'une pièce d'identité valide, tes trois dernières fiches de salaire, une attestation de l'office des poursuites et une attestation de ton assurance RC seront demandées. Lidée est que tu sois en capacité de reprendre une partie du bail

We are looking for someone to take over a room in a coloc of three, starting from the 1st of may.
You will share the appartment with David, a 32 years old ophtalmologist, and Michael, 26 years old PhD student in physics at EPFL
The room (non furnished) is part of a beautiful 4.5-room, 100 m2 apartment with very spacious living areas and a balcony. The apartment is located in the center of Lausanne, on rue Saint Pierre. It is 150m away from the Bessières metro station, close to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, and less than 10 minutes away by foot from the train station.
The rent is 975 CHF (prepayment for heating included). Additional costs such as cleaning service, electricity, internet, etc., will be added. Overall, we estimate the total cost to be around CHF 1,100 per month.

Before signing the contract, we will require a copy of your ID, your last three payment slips, an extract from the prosecution office, and a certificate from your public liability insurance, the idea is that you must be able to be on the bail
