As of now, three rooms in a shared apartment are available.

* Two standard rooms without a balcony for CHF 820.- (incl. all utility fees excluding furniture) per month
- One is available from 01. April
- One is available from 01. May
- If needed, the rooms can be furnished. It will add CHF 100.- to monthly rent
* A large furnished room with a balcony for CHF 1050.- (incl. all utility fees) per month.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and has:

* A bathroom and a separate shower
* Washing machine in the apartment
* Spacious and well-equipped kitchen, including a dining space with a table and chairs; dishwasher, food center, microwave, cookware and kitchen utensils are also available
* Weekly cleaning of the general areas is included in the price
* 1Gb Wi-Fi in the whole apartment (incl. in the rent)

Minimal rent duration is 3 months.
