The apartment comes with a basement room with shelves that is conveniently accessible by an elevator (and by stairs, if you prefer).
There is a shared washing machine and tumbler in the basement that can be used any time spontaneously (no schedule). Outside the house is a bicycle storage.

The people living in the house are really nice and it is a great environment to live in. We are the current tenants looking for a subsequent tenant, we are super happy with the neighbors and also the landlord.
