Vom 1. März bis 30. April 2026 vermieten wir unsere schöne, gemütliche und liebevoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung in der Stadt Zürich. Die Wohnung liegt im Kreis 7 in der Nähe des Klusplatzes, mit sehr guter ÖV-Anbindung. Mit dem Bus oder Tram ist man in wenigen Minuten am Stadelhofen oder Hauptbahnhof, zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten im Wald am Zürichberg.
Es handelt sich um eine 4-Zimmerwohnung, wobei ein Zimmer nicht unvermietet wird (Eigennutzung). Dieser Umstand ist Mietpreis entsprechend berücksichtigt. Alle Zimmer sind vollständig möbliert, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung besitzt zudem zwei Balkone, eine Gemeinschaftswaschküche mit zwei Waschmaschinen befindet sich im Untergeschoss. Weiter gibt es einen Veloständer, aber keinen privaten Parkplatz. Blaue Zone und Mobility sind gleich vor dem Haus. Und: Wir haben nette und unkomplizierte Nachbar:innen.
Für unsere Wohnung suchen wir eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar. Sehr wichtig ist uns, dass die Untermieter:innen der Wohnung Sorge tragen und auch die Pflanzen wertschätzend pflegen. :-)

From the 1st of March until the 30th of April 2026, we are renting out our beautiful, cozy, and lovingly furnished apartment in an old building in the city of Zurich. The apartment is located in district 7 near Klusplatz, with excellent public transport connections. Stadelhofen or the main train station are just a few minutes away by bus or tram, and the forest on the Zurichberg is just a few minutes walk away.
It is a 4-room apartment, but one room is not available for rent (for our own use). This circumstance is taken into account in the rental price. All rooms are fully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment also has two balconies and there is a communal laundry room with two washing machines in the basement. There is also a bicycle rack, but no private parking space. Blue zone parking and Mobility are right in front of the building. And: we have nice and uncomplicated neighbors.
We are looking for a single person or a couple for our apartment. It is very important to us that the subtenants take good care of the apartment and also appreciate and care for the plants. :-)
