Die einzigartige Studentenresidenz direkt am Bahnhof Stöckacker in Berns Westen ist bezugsbereit. In Zusammenarbeit mit Studierenden der Uni Bern wurde ein Wohnkomplex mit komplett möblierten 1er Studios, sowie 2er, 3er und 4er WG Wohnungen entwickelt, in dem Studententräume wahr werden. Die Eingänge zu den Wohnungen befinden sich auf grosszügigen Laubengängen, die besonders im Sommer als attraktive Terrassen genutzt werden können. So begegnet man sich auch über WG-Grenzen hinweg und die Studio-BewohnerInnen sind Teil einer bunten Hausgemeinschaft, die sich im Untergeschoss einen möblierten Gemeinschaftsraum und ein akkustisch ausgelegtes Musikzimmer teilt.

Auch wenn das Haus nicht in der Länggasse liegt, ist seine Lage verkehrstechnisch hervorragend. Mit der S-Bahn geht's in nur 5 Minuten direkt ins Stadtzentrum. Die nächste Tramstation ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt und bringt dich in 13 Minuten zum Bahnhof Bern oder in 7 Minuten ins Westside. Gedeckte Velo Abstellplätze und sechs Autoparkplätze stehen den BewohnerInnen zur Verfügung. Du fürchtest den Lärm der S-Bahn? Das Haus ist so gebaut, dass die Schlafzimmer (à 16m2) auf der verkehrsabgewandten Seite liegen.

Damit nicht genug: Die Wohnungen werden komplett möbliert vermietet, auch Geschirr ist vorhanden und alle 2 Wochen liegt frische Bettwäsche bereit. Ausserdem gibt es mit den Verwaltern, die im Haus wohnen einen unkomplizierten Ansprechpartner direkt vor Ort. Und WLAN? Logisch gibt es WLAN!

Die Studentenresidenz verfügt über ein akkustisch ausgelegtes Musikzimmer zum Üben und Proben. Du kannst also Geige, Klavier oder Gitarre üben. Für dich als BewohnerIn der Studentenresidenz ist die Benutzung natürlich kostenlos.

Im Preis inbegriffen sind Möbel, Geschirr, Gemeinschaftsraum, Veloabstellplätze, WLAN und Bettwäsche (alle 2 Wochen frisch) und alle weiteren Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser etc.).

This unique student residence, located directly at Stöckacker train station in western Bern, is ready for occupancy. In collaboration with students from the University of Bern, a residential complex has been developed with fully furnished one-room studios and two-, three-, and four-room shared apartments, where students' dreams come true. The entrances to the apartments are located on spacious pergolas, which can be used as attractive terraces, especially in summer. This allows residents to meet across shared apartment boundaries, and studio residents are part of a colorful community that shares a furnished common room and an acoustically designed music room in the basement.

Even though the building is not located on Länggasse, its location is excellent in terms of transport links. The S-Bahn takes you directly to the city center in just 5 minutes. The nearest tram stop is a few minutes' walk away and takes you to Bern train station in 13 minutes or to Westside in 7 minutes. Covered bicycle parking spaces and six car parking spaces are available to residents. Worried about noise from the S-Bahn? The building is designed so that the bedrooms (16m2 each) are on the side away from traffic.

But that's not all: the apartments are rented out fully furnished, including crockery, and fresh bed linen is provided every two weeks. What's more, the property managers who live in the building are on hand to provide straightforward assistance. And Wi-Fi? Of course there's Wi-Fi!

The student residence has an acoustically designed music room for practicing and rehearsing. So you can practice the violin, piano, or guitar... As a resident of the student residence, you can use it free of charge, of course.

The price includes furniture, crockery, common room, bicycle parking spaces, Wi-Fi, bed linen (changed every two weeks), and all other ancillary costs (electricity, water, etc.).

Six parking spaces in the parking garage can be rented as needed.
