The penthouse is spread over the entire top floor so very private and protected from behind with no buildings.

An exceptionally furnished apartment a few minutes walk from the center of Wollerau. The penthouse is in a peaceful location (very private) and has an excellent layout with three very generously sized bedrooms.

The large south facing 169m2 terrasse surrounds the apartment providing views down to Obersee and across to Säntis and Feusisberg. The terrasse furniture is by Unopiu and has extensive plants providing cover and privacy.

There is a large open plan kitchen, living and dining room area opening out onto the terrasse.
