Other than your room (unfurnished), the apartment comes with a spacious living room, a small but practical kitchen, and a balcony perfect for coffee or fresh air. It's right next to a beautiful forest with walking/running trails and BBQ spots.

Rent includes all bills, and the deposit of 3 months is required. Moving is possible in July-August.

\- You are (willing to be) fully plant-based in the flat
\- You are clean, tidy and independent (i.e. leaving shared places same as or better than you'd found them, without a cleaning schedule)
\- You have an active lifestyle (e.g. working, studying, traveling, social life outside the flat).
\- You are ~26-40 year old with a stable income (though maturity is more important than your actual age)
