Hi there! I'm Juliette (27, female, French) and I'm looking for a new roommate (female, in their 20s or 30s) with whom to share my cosy sunny flat in the center Rapperswil from July 2025.

**The flat**
The appartment is a spacious 80m2 with a large living & dining room, a nice kitchen all equipped, and a bathroom with stand-in shower, toilet and storage.
The appartment is fully furnished and decorated with room to store your belongings.

The bedroom to rent is around 16m2 and fully furnished. It comes with:
\- a 140x200 bed with a good mattress;
\- a large wardrobe;
\- a glass-top desk;
\- cabinets and baskets for storage;
\- a paper bin.
Open for discussion in case you'd like to replace those with some of your furniture, except for the bed and the wardrobe that should stay in the bedroom (because they're too big to move!).

**Who am I?**
I'm a young marketing & IT manager working full-time in Männedorf. I do home-office every Monday and Friday, I like to cook and bake (and to share it :)), and I regularly go out in Zürich or on week-end trips. I'm rather extraverted, with personal space also being important to me. ??
I'm quite creative and sometimes start projects, be it a new home-decor, starting a podcast, or learning a new skill. Right now, I'm learning German, choosing new paintings for my walls (hence the empty frames!), and preparing to enjoy the summer. ??

**Why this ad?**
My former roommate left to work in Zürich, so I'm looking for someone happy to come in and replace her. More than a room, I'm offering a living space to share.

**What type of roommate am I looking for?**
Finding someone with whom I get along good is the most important to me. I'm looking to live with someone who is comfortable with living in community, is cautious about others' spaces and needs (e.g. when it comes to tidying after one-self or doing chores), and is happy to share a tea or a meal over a chat from time to time.

WG rules are to be defined together! In general, I'm someone quite flexible as long as the basics are respected (cleaning and tidying after self, informing before inviting people to hang-out, caring for shared things, and handling chores in a timely-ish manner). Chores and common expenses (e.g. toilet paper, household products, seasonings) would be agreed on and costs would be handled on a WG app.

**Admin specifics**
The rent includes all costs, except electricity (around 200-300.- pp every 3 months), wifi, and Serafe.

Entry date is to be agreed on. I'm also open to someone who would only stay during the week and go home on the weekends (the rent amount would be adapted pro rata).

If we meet and decide it's a good match, you'd need to sign the subrental contract, provide the usual documents (personal liability & household insurance statement, debt collection statement), and a 2-months deposit.
