I am looking for a new subtenant for my room in a shared flat in Oerlikon. You will share the flat with a super nice med student from ETH.

Amenities:
- PRIVATE BATHROOM: the house has two bathrooms, one for tenant.
- Studio: separate studio for study/home office
- Bright and large: the apartment is 100m2 and has a balcony with nice exposure to the sun
- Modern Kitchen: the house was renewed in 2023, the kitchen has brand new electric stoves, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and freezer and lots of storage space
- 2 cellars (both super large!)
- Shared laundry with schedule, but always free in the afternoon
- Close to Coop and Apotheke (20m across the street), and recycling station. Oerlikon is reached in 5min of bus (61/62). Center/ETH is reached in around 20m (tram 7/9)

The room is FURNISHED, I have personally bought all the furnitures 1.5 years ago from IKEA and they are as good as new. Price can be discussed, but priority will be given to those willing to take over the furniture.
