We are looking for awesome roommates that are uncomplicated, with stable income and love cats.
We live in one of the most beautiful areas on the Goldcoast Zurich, only 25 minutes to Zurich City Center, short walking distance to the lake and beautiful panorama hikes along the vineyards. Shopping, cafes and cultural life only a few minutes away. Organic farm shop and bakery, public transportation around the corner. We live in really nice house with garden and room for yoga and art, ect.., musicians are welcome as well.
We offer different renting models; short or long term stay, part time or full time, we rent an office space and a room for workshops as well. 3 Bedrooms are available 2 with a private balkony. You can rent 2 room or a room an office space, feel free to ask. Rent depends on the size and amount of rooms as well on renting as a couple or single person, ca. between 1050.-- up to 1350.--, houshold costs / side cost depends on the amount of people sharing the house.
