The apartment will be shared with two lovely roommates: 2 Master's students. The rent is CHF 640 per month. The room is very spacious.
The apartment is 4.5 rooms and has two bathrooms (one with tub + sink, the other with toilet + sink), three bedrooms, living room, separate kitchen and two balconies. A washing machine is available in the building.

The address is Rue François Guillimann 6, in the heart of Pérolles, but in a quiet neighborhood because it is behind the main street. It is only a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 10- to 15-minute walk from the Universities of Pérolles and Misericordia. The Pérolles shopping center is only two minutes away, with various stores such as Migros, Denner, a pharmacy, etc.
