Looking for someone to take over a room in a 4 person shared flat, close to Berninaplatz (tram 14 and 10) **May 15th or earlier** (move in date flexible).

The ~18 sqm room is fully furnished with a 160 cm bed, wardrobe, sofa, desk and chair, nightstand and shelf.
The rent includes all utilities and a cleaning lady once per week for the shared areas. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Washing machine and dryer in the basement.
You can ask for a **temporary or indefinite** contract.
The flat is located on the ground floor which is elevated above street level. There is a shared garden area in the back.

The flat is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood by Milchbuck: well-connected by transit and close to everything, nice and calm but only 10' to the city and 17' to the airport.

To keep a good balance in the flat we are looking for:

* Someone between 20 and 30, student or working (must be able to provide proof of gainful employment)
* Preferably female to keep the gender ratio, but open to anyone
* And most importantly, someone tidy, respectful and kind

My flatmates are all international, working as PhD students or young professionals, and I have really enjoyed a warm yet independent time living with them. We enjoy talking about our days over dinner or going out for activities together from time to time, while respecting each other's privacy and the desire to relax and have alone time at home. There is rarely a need to coordinate flat logistics, thanks to the weekly cleaning, but also because we are in agreement to be tidy and clean up after ourselves in the shared areas.
