I will be travelling in 2025 and would like to rent my room for a couple of months. Unfortunately for a short term let registration will not be possible.

**About the Apartment:**
The bedroom is 14 square meters fully furnished
Spacious shared living room and dining area \* Equipped with a TV, High speed internet, dishwasher, and a well-stocked kitchen \* Two bathrooms, shared between flatmates \* Additional amenities include, elevator, washing/drying machine, bicycle storage, and a garage with an optional parking space for rent.
**About Us:**
The flat is shared with a friendly group of flatmates who enjoy spending time together but also respect each other's space and privacy. Currently there are 4 flatmates in the apartment, (currently 3 male, 1 female aged 28 and above). Languages spoken are English, French, and Dutch.
We are a professional household, and travel frequently, so although there are 4 sharing the apartment, it is not as busy as it sounds.
**Ideal Flatmate:** Looking for someone who is trustworthy, clean, open-minded and enjoys occasional interaction in the flat.

**Additional Perks:** A domestic helper comes weekly to clean the shared spaces (living room, bathrooms, and kitchen), and her services are included in the rent.
**Rent:** CHF 1225 per month – all inclusive (Internet, TV, electricity, domestic help, common bills, and household supplies). The rent also includes a surcharge for the furnishings of the bedroom.
