Your future flatmate: Raquel, 34-year-old professional, outgoing, social, and fun!

* Modern apartment in a top location. 12min walk to central station (Zürich HB), 5min by bus. Proximity to buses and trams
* Two rooms, shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony
* The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with kitchen appliances. Washer & dryer for common use in the basement
* Storage unit in the basement
* Rooftop (for shared use with another apartment)
* The apartment is centrally located right off Langstrasse, where there are many bars, restaurants, clubs, grocery stores
* Wardrobe in the room to sell
* CHF 1'400 per month + 20 for internet
