Deutsch: Wir (Louis und Thulasi) arbeiten als IT Ingenieure. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner / einer Mitbewohnerin für eine WG-Zimmerwohnung. Das Zimmer ist gross (ca. 24 m²) unmöbliert und ab 1. November 2020 verfügbar.

Zur Wohnung und Lage: 4.5 Zimmerwohung (ca. 109 m²) im 2. Obergeschoss, modern, sonnig, grosszügiger Wohn- und Essbereich, Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Einkaufs- und Sportmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sowie guter Anschluss an ÖV und Autobahn. Die Lage ist circa 5 min von Inselspital (Bus 11: Haltestelle: Holligen, Bern).

Français: Nous (Louis et Thulasi) travaillons comme Ingénieurs Informaticiens. Nous cherchons un colocataire/une colocatrice pour une chambre en colocation. La chambre à louer est spacieuse (environ 24 m²), non meublée et disponible dès le 1er Novembre 2020.

A propos de l'appartement: Appartement avec 4,5 pièces (environ 109 m²) au 2e étage. L'appartement est spacieux, moderne, dispose d'un balcon avec vue magnifique sur l'extérieur et situé au centre-ville. L'emplacement est tout près du centre commercial et des loisirs ainsi des transports publics, à environ 5 min de l’hôpital Universitaire (Inselspital) de Berne (Bus 11 : Arrêt : Holligen, Bern).

The room is spacious (about 24 m²), unfurnished and will be available from 1st of November 2020. About the flat and location: 4.5-rooms apartment (about 109 m²) on the 2nd floor.

About the shared flat: The flat is centrally located, spacious, modern and has a balcony with a splendid view to the outside. Shopping centers, sport facilities, good public transport connections are nearby. The location is about 5 min from the University Hospital (Inselpital) of Bern. (Bus 11, Bustop: Holligen, Bern).
