1 Zimmer, 15 m², 2. Stock

Hi there
I am looking for a lovely roomie for the winter in a charming 3-room apartment right by Idaplatz!
I am 36y old, psychotherapist, yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator and curious about so much more. I love dancing, hiking, sports, green tea and chilling at home with a book.
Since I am traveling in November this is how I imagine it:

* **from 5.November:** You stay in my furnished room (18 m² + balcony) and share the flat with my lovely female flatmate.
* **DecemberApril:** You move into the other room (15 m², with mattress, table, clothing rack and shelf) and I'm your flatmate.

Where? Idaplatz, Zurich Kreis 3
When? 5 Nov 2026 April 2027
How much? CHF 1,150/month (incl. utilities)
What? Shared living room and kitchen and balcony

If you feel this could be a match, gladly write me a few lines about yourself and your current situation.
Looking forward meeting you :)
