We are looking for a new flatmate to move into a large and very bright apartment at Langstr. 18, ideally from 1 November 2026.

**Who we are looking for**
A non-smoker aged 30-40. Open-minded, chill and clean.

**Your room**
You will have a bright room with a large built-in wardrobe that offers plenty of storage space. If you still have more things than the wardrobe can fit, no worries, there is also a large cellar upstairs where you can store the rest of your belongings.
If you need a mattress, I am happy to leave my double mattress for free. It has been used for around 3/4 years.

**The apartment**
The apartment is exceptionally bright, as one entire side of its perimeter consists of large windows. Some pleasant extra:



* Nice balcony with the light coming in the afternoon/evening.
* We live on the 3rd floor.
* There is an elevator.
* We have 2 bathrooms.

**Your future flatmates**
You will be sharing the apartment with Mirjam (35) and Isra (31). Both work between 80% and 100%, enjoy sports, and have plenty of personal interests outside work.
At home, you can speak English, German, Swiss German or Spanish.
We are looking for someone who enjoys sharing a home with others while also having their own life, interests and routines.

The rent (CHF 1,044) includes everything (bills, WiFi, heating, yearly insurance, etc.).

**The neighbourhood**
The neighbourhood is lively and has everything you need within walking or cycling distance. You will find plenty of gyms, supermarkets (Migros, Coop, Denner and Lidl), international restaurants and cafés nearby.
Public transport is excellent:



* Tram lines 2, 3, 8 and 14 are nearby.
* Bus 32 stops nearby as well.

The Limmat is less than 10 minutes away by bike, and the lake is less than 15 minutes away.
Whether you enjoy sports, discovering new restaurants, spending time outdoors or simply having everything close by, this is a great place to live.
