1.5 Zimmer, 69 m², 4. Stock

This modern **69 m², 1.5-room loft apartment** is located in Glattpark and is available for temporary sublet while I am traveling for a few months.
**Furnished living:** The apartment is offered partly furnished and is ideal for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free temporary home in Zurich. WIFI/Internet is included in the rent.
**Location & public transport:** The Oerlikerhus, Glattpark and Fernsehstudio tram stops are all within a 2 minutes' walk. Zurich Airport can be reached by tram in approximately 12 minutes. Oerlikon and Zurich city centre are also easily accessible by public transport.
**Shopping:** Aldi and Coop supermarkets are only about a 1-minute walk away, while Migros can be reached within approximately 3 minutes. Further shops, restaurants and everyday amenities are also available nearby.
**Temporary sublet:** The apartment is available for approximately **3-6 months**, with some flexibility regarding the exact dates and negotiable rental price. It is particularly suitable for individuals looking for a well-kept and convenient temporary home in Zurich.
As I will be traveling during this period, I am looking for someone who will enjoy the apartment while I am away and treat both the apartment and my belongings with care and respect.
**Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted.**
If you are interested, please send me a few lines about yourself, what brings you to Zurich and your preferred rental dates. I look forward to hearing from you! German communication is also fine.
