Hi! We are Tereza and Francesca and we are looking for a female flatmate to join us in our shared apartment.
The available room is a cosy 12 m² room, furnished with a bed, a large wardrobe and a small desk. The room will be available from the beginning of November, but if needed, we could also arrange a move-in date a few weeks earlier.
The apartment has a spacious and bright living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine/dryer, as well as an additional separate toilet.
One of our favourite parts of the apartment is the balcony, which is full of plants and greenery and overlooks a very green and peaceful surrounding area. It is a lovely place to sit outside, especially during the warmer months.
The apartment is also very well connected by public transport, with tram lines 2 and 3 as well as bus 31 nearby. Stadelhofen train station is only about an 8-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around Zurich and beyond.
We would like our home to remain a calm, comfortable and respectful place to live. Cleanliness is very important to both of us, especially in the shared spaces, so we are looking for someone who feels the same way and naturally takes care of the apartment.
Mutual respect and considerate communication are equally important to us. We enjoy having a friendly atmosphere at home, while also respecting each other's privacy, personal space and daily routines.
We are specifically looking for a female flatmate who would enjoy this kind of living environment and is looking for a peaceful, clean and welcoming shared home rather than just a room.
