Beautiful Room in a Shared Rooftop Apartment

I'm renting out a room in a beautiful shared rooftop apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, available from 20th December 2026 till May 2027, possibility of extension.

The apartment has and comfortable living room with a large sofa and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing or spending time together. We also have robot cleaner, so the apartment is kept clean, tidy and pleasant for everyone.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful and clean person who:

* Doesn't have pets
* Takes care of shared spaces
* Is easygoing and respectful of the people living here
