1.5 Zimmer, 48 m², 8. Stock

I am looking for a responsible and caring person to subrent my 1.5-room apartment (48 m2) for approximately 5 months, ideally from November 2026 until March 2027.
I am moving in with my partner and would like to give this new chapter a try, so I am looking for someone to subrent my apartment and take good care of it. After March, if all the parts agree, there may be the possibility for the subtenant to take the rent of the apartment.

The apartment is a little treasure to me, so I am hoping to find someone who will treat it with the same care and respect.
The apartment is located on the 8th floor, with elevator, and is very bright and spacious, with large windows bringing in plenty of natural light. One of its highlights is the large terrace, offering a beautiful view of the Gurten and the mountains. It is also a very quiet and peaceful apartment, while still being very well connected to the city.
Location:
Tram stop: Steigerhubel
Excellent connections: Tram 7 and 8 to the train station and city centre, running approximately every 4 minutes
Lidl: Just a short walk from the apartment
Europaplatz: Around 5 minutes' walk away, with many options for grocery shopping
Rent:
CHF 900/month, including Nebenkosten.
Electricity is not included and would be paid separately.
The apartment also has a storage room. The washing machine and drying facilities are shared and located in the basement.
Furniture:
The apartment can be subrented furnished. However, some of the furniture visible in the pictures will be replaced, as I will be taking some pieces with me. Details regarding the furniture can be discussed in person.
