A cozy and well-located fully furnished room is available for temporary sublet while I am away.

Room Details:

Fully Furnished: Includes a double bed (bed linens provided), desk and chair, TV with HDMI cable (ready to connect to your laptop), and a spacious wardrobe with empty cupboards for your belongings. Only personal items will be removed.

Rental Terms & Amenities:

Dates: Available from December 10th, 2026 to February 4th, 2027.

Official Registration (Anmeldung): Possible for the duration of the stay.

Rent & Deposit: 1 month's rent + 1 month deposit paid upfront upon moving in.

All-inclusive: Water, electricity, heating (underfloor heating / Fussbodenheizung), and building fees are included in the price.

Internet: Please note there is no home Wi-Fi, so you will need your own unlimited mobile data plan / hotspot.

Kitchen & Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils.

Flatshares & Atmosphere:

You will be sharing the apartment with 3 friendly international flatmates (from Brazil and Ecuador).

Languages spoken in the flat: English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian. Everyone is welcome, regardless of nationality!

Cat Notice: A cat usually lives in this room/flat. Even though the cat will not be in the apartment during your stay, the room is not suitable for people with severe cat allergies.

What We Are Looking For:

A clean, respectful, organized, and reliable individual.

Daytime routine: Since the current flatmates work during the day, we kindly require someone with a daytime routine (no night-shift schedules or late-night noise).

Unbeatable Location (Altstetten):

Bus Stop: Line 31 stop is less than 30 meters away!

Train Station: Just 5 minutes to Bahnhof Altstetten (quick connections to HB/Zurich Main Station).

Supermarkets & Shopping: A few steps away from Lidl, Aldi, Coop, Letzipark Shopping Mall, and the stadium. Everything you need is right at your doorstep!
