I AM SUBLETTING my studio the size of a hotel room (has bathroom + kitchinette) Zurich center (close to HB, direct line to airport - tram 10). It is ideal for living or private practice (lawyer, marketing, IT, working from home, etc.).It is fully furnished with an adjustable height desk, an extensible comfy couch and office chair + wardrobe.The only disadvantage is that it has no parking but temporary stops are possible for loading/unloading. It also has a common garden.Entrance is through the main building door but windows open exactly at street level.*it does not have a dish washing machine nor a clothes washing machine (NOT in the basement either) - there is a dry cleaning service nearby + laundromat.Priority given to commuters (not 7 days/week living)
