Private room for 1 person in a 3-room shared apartment. The room is private, while the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, WC and hallway are shared with the other two tenants.
Convenient location in Wiesendangen, with public transport, supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby. Migros, Coop and Volg are easily accessible. Wiesendangen train station provides convenient connections to Winterthur and surrounding areas.
Monthly rent: CHF 950-1,100, depending on the room.
High-speed WiFi, heating, utilities and local city tax are included.
Minimum rental period: 1 month. Registration with the local authorities is possible for stays of 3 months or longer, and mail can be received at the apartment address.
The room is provided clean with bed linen and towels. Shared areas are cleaned by our staff every two weeks. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after using the shared areas, keeping their own room clean and doing their own laundry.
