Private room for 1 person in a 2-room shared apartment. The room is private, while the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, WC and hallway are shared with the other two tenants.
Convenient location at Bächlistrasse in Richterswil, with public transport, shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Bus stop approx. 2-3 min and Richterswil train station approx. 5-7 min on foot. Zurich city center approx. 35-40 min by train.
Monthly rent: CHF 1,000-1,400, depending on the room.
High-speed WiFi, heating, utilities and local city tax are included.
Minimum rental period: 1 month. Registration with the local authorities is possible for stays of 3 months or longer, and mail can be received at the apartment address.
The room is provided clean with bed linen and towels. Shared areas are cleaned by our staff every two weeks. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after using the shared areas, keeping their own room clean and doing their own laundry.
