Due to my travelling plans I'm renting out my big, modern, fully fitted one bedroom appartement at the foot of mountain Pilatus from December 20th (or by agreement) untill approximately mid July 2020. The appartement has big rooms (kitchen/living/dining 42m2, bedroom 20m2), a bathroom with a shower (no tub), your own laundry room, floor heating and a big outdoor sitting area.

Since there's no public transportation to the house (next busstop is 1km away) you'll need a car. If you don't own one, there is the possibility of renting my car along with the appartement (it's a Mitsubishi ASX).

The appartement comes with two wonderfull cats. I'm renting out the appartement below market price behause I want to find a cat loving tenant, who will be taking care of them. Catfood and vet costs will be covered by me. Minimum rental duration is 3 months.
