The start of the rent period is by agreement. Preferably as soon as possible. The duration of the contract would be 1 year with a possibility to extend the contract if agreed. I'm renting my apartment in the corner of Neugasse and Langstrasse. Letten is nearby. The apartment is appx 40m2. It has a living room together with a big dining table and kitchen. Bedroom and a bathroom. From the furniture, the apartment has a big sofa which can open for 2 guests to sleep over. It has a dining table with 4 chairs. 55" TV and 5 surround sound speakers. Kitchen is fully equipped. In the bedroom you have 180x200 bed, wooden rack as a wardrobe and an open metal rack to hang clothes. The bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment has a basement, but it will mostly be full of my stuff. You can also put your stuff there if necessary. The rent is 2170 CHF together with internet.
