If you're interested : I've got a calm, sunny and cosy, fully-furnished 1.5 piece apartment above Nyon (with large panoramic views from the garden) ... ideally situated as an office and home :)
The train station and a tea room + a new Denner supermarket are only a few minutes away by foot :) Plus, there's a cultural center just beside too (in the public school = middle school).
Quiet area with nature / forests for hikes within 5 mins by foot, sunny with nature / forest that goes from the lake to the mountains an est. 5 mins away :)) The asking price is 990 Frs per month (based on 1 person) ...plus charges of 150 frs. (1 park place is included).
We can also discuss prices in exchange for some work / services from your side (feel free to make me any reasonable proposals).

it is also possible to rent out this apartment short-term, based on availability. The prices are higher for short-term stays due to administrative costs, etc. (just add 100 frs more for 1-3 months).

The apartment is non-smoking since 2006 + has new Ego Kiefer triple glass (to keepin the heat in winter) / extra quiet / shatterproof windows since 2021!
If qualified... you can sometimes use a lake property too, that's located between Nyon - Geneva for kayaking / canoe and paddle-boarding (sup) etc and / or share the speedboat, if you are licensed :-)
