L arrêt de métro Montelly se trouve à seulement 2-3 min. à pied, juste en face de l immeuble. Il s agit du troisième arrêt depuis Flon (1.Flon 2.Vigie 3.Montelly).

Le loyer mensuel est de CHF 1 848, auxquels s ajoutent CHF 180 de charges, soit un total de CHF 2 028 par mois.
